Last njosirt Elsevier, publishers of the International Journal on Greenhouse Gas (IJGGC) hosted a reception at the Radisson Hotel, giving the opportunity for GHGT-12 delegates to meet and talk with the journal editors, reviewers and fellow contributors. It is not often that authors have the chance to ask the editors what they look for in papers and get tips on the best way to get published in such a prestigious journal. With a 5 year impact factor of 5.027, despite being a relatively new publication, the journal packs quite a punch. Having started with just 4 issues a year and rapidly grown to 12 issues, the value of this publication is clear to both authors and the scientific community.

The editors are keen to encourage anyone to submit a paper for consideration and look forward to seeing GHGT-12 delegates putting papers forward for future issues.
