Fees include all access to the full technical programme, conference catering during conference hours including the conference dinner and all conference materials.
Please note hotel accommodation or travel to the event is not included in the fee. The conference hotel is the Station Square Sheraton. For those delegates wishing to stay at the hotel, the accommodation room rates offered start at $124 USD plus local taxes and can be booked via the Marriott reservation service telephone +1 800- 325- 3535, quoting the conference name and dates. Please ensure you quote the reference ‘IEAGHG block’ when booking to ensure the lower rate and availability.

The field trip to the NETL Laboratory is now fully booked. If you are booked on the trip it is essential that you complete the additional registration form below if you are a not a US citizen otherwise you will not be granted access to the facility. All Foreign Nationals, including Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs), must complete the attached form 142.1-1A and return to James Ferguson, U.S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), at This email address is being protected from spambots. Due to U.S. Department of Energy security requirements, all Foreign Nationals must submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) listing all work positions, science and technology specialties and detailing education and employment history, with no gaps, showing the month/year for each item.
