Event Programme Manager

IEAGHG are looking for an experienced International event manager to deliver their two biennial key conferences for up to 1500 delegates, as well as smaller network and company meetings.

The role requires strong working knowledge of the ‘EventsAIR’ software tool specifically in the areas of abstract management and review process as well as agenda and session build for up to seven parallel streams.

Competencies should also include:

  • Communication and copy skills for author management
  • Venue search and negotiation with suppliers
  • Budget planning and management
  • Registration management and accounting for smaller events
  • Website content and revision to support communication
  • PCO management ( larger events)
  • Onsite management of final event

The role will require international travel to various countries and will be based in the Cheltenham office with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
