This IEAGHG webinar will explore the recent IEAGHG publication on ‘Guidance for Agreements to Transport CO2 Across National Boundaries Under the London Protocol’, which was released publicly on the 19th September.

This study provides practical guidance for agreements to transport CO2 across national boundaries under the London Protocol. It sets out a process to support Parties in developing agreements for cross-border CO₂ transport under the London Protocol. Acting as a neutral handbook rather than a policy prescription, it is designed to be utilised across all regions. This work was undertaken by IOM Law on behalf of IEAGHG, and we are pleased to welcome the lead authors to join us on this webinar and provide attendees with a detailed overview and thoughtful insights on this publication.
